INKEL -  FOCUSES ON INFRASTRUCTURE TO TAKE KERALA FORWARD
INKEL has been set up by Government of Kerala  with the specific mandate of channelizing private capital as well as professional expertise into large scale infrastructure projects, initiated by the various arms of the government.  The government plays the role of the regulator and sets the rules of governance and business. At the same time, the Government gets involved in projects of social significance.

The paucity of funds makes the government to focus on the critical projects, and INKEL aims to fill the gap by becoming a bridge between the private sector investments and governmental aspirations of creating state of the art infrastructure. INKEL has the ability to emerge as a One Stop Shop for meeting the requirements of implementing large-scale infrastructural projects which will be self-sustaining and be of service to the society.
