Standard design modules built on 5.5 acres (2.2 hectares) of land in two phases,
are specifically for non polluting, eco-friendly industries and services. In the
first phase, a five-storey building with 40 state-of-the-art modules, each with
an area of 5,000 sq.ft, is being constructed.
Ready for occupation in March 2012.
The modules will be made available to entrepreneurs and investors on a
renewable lease of 88 years. A single-window clearance facility has been
proposed. The second phase, commencing in 2012, will have an area of 4 lakh
sq.ft. A dedicated 800-metre-long and 12-metre-wide road connects the site to
National Highway 47.
